Collin County Construction, started in Frisco in 2007, has completed hundreds of projects to date. CEO Scott Rose, wife Patricia Rose, along with their family have lived in Frisco since 2000, and with a management team boasting over a century of experience in the industry, it is no wonder the ground-up construction company’s reputation speaks for itself.
