About Monster Mini Golf
Brian & Holly Hernandez grew up playing mini golf. After moving to Frisco in 2012 and finding none, they decided to build one. After years of saving and planning, they opened Monster Mini Golf in the Summer of 2020.
Not the best timing, but with hard work, loyal guests and plenty of faith, they made it through the pandemic. Today, they are proud to be a leader in North Texas for family entertainment! In addition to the indoor, black-light mini golf, they also have mini bowling, a laser maze and an arcade.
They host birthday parties, corporate events, group events, field trips, and private events. They are proud to employ Frisco and Plano teens (including their own kids) and give many of them their first jobs. On any given day, odds are, you will find Holly or Brian or their kids passing out golf clubs, handing out your redemption prizes won in the arcade, or hosting your birthday party.
Their favorite thing about owning Monster Mini Golf is hosting families in a clean, safe environment and interacting with their guests. “I love to see our repeat guests come in and I can’t help but chat with their kids! It’s been fun to watch them grow up” claims Holly.
Brian echos that sentiment and adds that he enjoys seeing couples and families get competitive with mini golf and enjoying the animatronic monsters on the golf course.
