A business coach and investor since 2007, Rich has worked with hundreds of leaders and business owners helping them solve their most difficult challenges, bringing creativity and skill to provide businesses with roadmaps to success and profitability. Leaning on decades of executive experience and success in helping companies, Rich has helped entrepreneurs with numerous startups and is an active investor in many new venture projects. Rich has authored two books, Tour de Profit – a 52 Stage Business Tune Up – a Simple Yet Powerful Business Owners (2017).
He hosts a weekly podcast for business owners – The Ultimate Business Tune-Up Podcast. Prior to founding Tour de Profit Business Advisors, Rich was a Division President with Pella Corporation, a VP of Human Resources for Pella Corporation, a VP HR with Texas Instruments, and a Captain in the US Army Corp of Engineers.
