About Collin College
The Collin College Frisco Campus is a dynamic higher education institution offering associate degrees, bachelor’s degrees, certificate programs, and transfer options in various fields. It is one of Collin College’s 10 campuses and is well known for its wide range of academic transfer and workforce programs.
“We strive for student engagement and community involvement at the Frisco Campus,” said Dr. Diana Hopes, Frisco Campus provost. “Our amazing, dedicated team of faculty and staff are passionate about preparing students for success in their careers and academic pursuits.”
As Frisco continues to grow, the college will grow alongside it. This fall, Collin College will launch its fifth baccalaureate degree — a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Software Development. The new program, which will be offered at the Frisco Campus, builds upon the college’s current Associate of Applied Science degree in Software Development.
Opening in 2027, a new state-of-the-art health sciences center on the Frisco Campus will provide additional space and greater access to established healthcare programs, including nursing and diagnostic sonography. Collin is also actively developing new programs in medical imaging technology and clinical lab sciences.
“The new programs and health sciences center will address our service area’s growing educational and workforce needs,” Dr. Hopes said. “We are excited for what the future holds at the Frisco Campus.”
