About My Gym Frisco
My Gym Frisco has been bringing energy, smiles, and serious fun to local families since 1983—and after celebrating its 40th anniversary last year, the legacy is still going strong! With high-energy classes, unforgettable birthday parties, and skill-building gymnastics that help little ones move, groove, and grow, My Gym is where fun and development come together. Frisco and Plano locations are family-owned and run by a dedicated team that truly loves kids: Addie Inman, who’s led My Gym programs for nearly 20 years; Morgan Miller, part of the team since 2014 and Frisco’s full-time director since 2019; and Josh Rosenboom, Addie’s husband and a steady behind-the-scenes support to the team and families.
Addie has seen generations of children grow up at My Gym—some now returning as team members. It’s a full-circle experience that reflects what My Gym is all about: connection, confidence, and community. As they enter 2025 as co-owners, Addie, Morgan, and Josh are excited to carry the My Gym legacy forward with fresh programs, new updates, and more ways to support Frisco and Plano families.
