About Kurt Thomas Gymnastics
Kurt Thomas Gymnastics was founded by three-time World Champion and two-time Olympian Kurt Thomas with a vision that reached far beyond medals. Built as a family business rooted in integrity, positive values, and dedicated training, the gym empowers athletes to become not only strong gymnasts, but confident young people prepared to make a difference. Now entering its 30th year in the Dallas area, Kurt Thomas Gymnastics continues to honor the coaching style and values it was founded on: fun, positive training with attention to detail.
Privately owned and based in Frisco, the gym serves athletes ages 3 to 18 in a safe, fun, encouraging environment designed for every level, from preschool through elite gymnastics. The recently expanded 25,000-square-foot facility gives athletes even more room to learn, grow, and thrive. Its certified coaches are selected for their skill, kindness, love for children, and passion for the sport.
Each instructor is trained through the program, USA Gymnastics, background checked, and SafeSport certified. Kurt Thomas Gymnastics is also home to a new Special Needs Program, KT Achievers, led by an occupational therapist, Flair Academy for athletes pursuing online school, and the Kurt Thomas Gymnastics Foundation which provides scholarships for young athletes. With more than 1,580 State, Regional, and National titles, 25 full-ride college scholarships, and seven consecutive Compulsory Gym of the Year honors, Kurt Thomas Gymnastics remains one of the country’s premier training programs.
